perfect locationunclean carpetlong wait

the location is perfect near the train and bus stations. the breakfast was also good.

the room felt outdated and tired (not exactly what i had hoped for). the carpet seemed unclean, and the bathroom needed some serious updating. i found myself waiting quite a while at reception because the staff also managed the nearby brasserie.

The location WAS great, right across from the train and bus station. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including vegan and gluten-free options which i FOUND to be a HUGE plus. My room had a great view (i COULD see everything!), and the staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage storage.

The bathroom drains worked VERY slowly.

i found the beds comfy and breakfast was delicious, it featured good choice. the staff were excellent and very friendly, i liked this detail a lot. i enjoyed the great location, right in front of the train station with easy parking under the station.

also i found the hotel hallway wasn't very clean, this is a real pity.

the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, that was a plus. reception works during limited hours only, specifically they closed at 14:00, so i needed to plan accordingly, it was good to know this.

the hotel location is perfect, it is across the square from the train station and the bus station. this made travelling very easy for me, and i could go straight to my train without problems, it was ideal.

breakfast provided sufficient choice and it was very convenient, i could have some good start of the day. the hotel has a bar with excellent staff that look after all guests very well, i really appreciate this service.

the bed were comfy and i had good sleep , that was nice. the room was simple but clean, this makes my stay a very good one, even if the equipment is not modern, i liked it.

the hotel has 24/24h entry which is really convenient for late arrivals or early departures. easy check-in and check-out process allow me to save time when arriving and leaving, and i really love this detail.
